• Local ordinances.
• Intergovernmental relations.
• State planning.
• Economic development.
• Political subdivision industrial inducement.
• Economic development districts.
• Urban planning.
• Cultural affairs generally.
• Parks.
• State parks and recreational districts.
• Military parks and battlefields.
• Museums.
• Preservation of historic landmarks and objects.
