The Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus will hold a Community Outreach Tour April 10 - 13 in twelve cities throughout Louisiana.
The purpose of the tour is for legislators to receive input from the public through a series of town meetings and to educate students on the legislative process. In addition to the town meetings, participating legislators will visit and tour schools, health-care centers, churches, and universities' facilities. On Sunday, April 9, the "Cleo Live" radio show on Q106FM, hosted by Sen. Cleo Fields, will feature a program dedicated to the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus.
