The
Revenue Study Commission was established by
Senate Concurrent Resolution 103 of the 2012
Regular Session. Its purpose is to study the
state's tax expenditures, to determine
models or methods which may be used to
measure their performance, and to make
recommendations relative to low-performing
or antiquated tax expenditures.
