Observation Deck
From the observation deck on the 27th floor, visitors can see the entire city of Baton Rouge and beyond. On the north side, the industrial section of Baton Rouge is visible. To the east lies the Governor's Mansion and the Baton Rouge Arsenal museum, the red brick building across the street from the capitol. To the south, is downtown Baton Rouge, and further downriver, Louisiana State University. To the west, is the magnificent Mississippi River and West Baton Rouge Parish. Southern University is located upriver, to the north.
