Human Resources helps employees of the Louisiana House of Representatives adjust to their new environment and responsibilities by promoting a fair, safe, healthy, stable, cooperative and productive work environment. Through The Office of Human Resources, The Louisiana House of Representatives provides a number of programs and services, such as Benefits, Insurance, Key Contacts, Retirement and Pension Programs. The Human Resources Office is located in the Capitol Annex Building, Room B-45.

Current and former employees, including retirees, of the Louisiana House of Representatives may receive a copy of their 2025 Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage upon written request. This form reports information about your health coverage offer and any coverage provided by the Louisiana House of Representatives for calendar year 2025.
